Keeping Everyone Safe
At our practice, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for patients, visitors, and staff. We understand that healthcare can sometimes be stressful, but aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Unacceptable behaviour includes (but is not limited to):
- Violence.
- Excessive noise (e.g., recurrent loud or intrusive conversation or shouting).
- Threatening or abusive language, including swearing or offensive remarks.
- Racial, homophobic, or sexual comments.
- Aggressive or forceful tone and/or language that upsets staff.
- Malicious allegations about staff, patients, or visitors.
- Offensive gestures or behaviours.
- Abusing alcohol or drugs on the premises.
- Wilful damage to property.
- Threats or threatening behaviour.
- Theft.
- Repeated derogatory comments about staff verbally, in writing, digitally, or on social media.

We ask all patients and visitors to treat our staff courteously at all times.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and further action where necessary.
