Order Repeat Prescriptions
If you are taking regular medication, your doctor may allow the prescription to be repeated on request up to a certain number of times. You will receive a slip of paper on which your repeat medicines are listed.
Patients can now order repeat medication by accessing SystmOnline via the link at the top of this page (patients presenting with ID can request to register at Mattishall or Lenwade Reception).
You can return your printed repeat medication slip with the items you require ticked.
We operate a prescriptions delivery service for housebound patients. Patients need to register for deliveries and continue to order items in plenty of time and for delivery at each request.
We offer a repeat ordering service for patients on regular medication. Patients need to sign up to the service with a member of the Dispensary staff.

For Mattishall please call 01362 858585 to speak to a member of staff with a medication query between 09:30 and 11:30 and 15:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.
For Lenwade please call 01603 871160 and request to speak to a member of dispensary staff during opening hours.
Patients should be aware that the line is often very busy before and after weekends and holiday periods.
Currently, prescriptions are ready for collection within 7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Over the Counter Medication – via the Pharmacy
During opening hours a pharmacist is on duty who may be able to help you with minor illnesses, or advice, saving the need to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse. Our pharmacists are well qualified, trained and experienced, and can offer advice on medication available without a prescription. Click below for more information on our pharmacy services.
