SCAM ALERT: Fake “GP practice patient information booklet” advertising

We’ve been made aware of a scam where an individual/organisation is impersonating GP practices and contacting local businesses to sell advertising space in a so‑called “patient information booklet”.

• We are NOT producing any advertising booklets and we are NOT selling advertising space.
• If you or your business are contacted about this, please do not make any payment or share personal details.
• Report suspicious contact to Action Fraud: www.actionfraud.police.uk or call 0300 123 2040. If you’ve lost money, also contact your bank immediately.
