Message from Practice365

We have been notified by Practice365 that a news article was broadcasted to some practices in Norfolk and Waveney ICB via our practice website in error and this has since been removed from the website. Some patients registered at Mattishall & Lenwade Surgeries have been affected.

Any patients who had subscribed to see the latest news news articles will have received an automatic email from no-reply@practice365.co.uk when the news article was published. If they click the link now, they will receive a ‘page not found’ message as the article has been removed. Practice365 want to reassure patients that their email addresses are completely safe within the system and that the website has not been hacked.

Please accept apologies both from the practice and website supplier as this may have caused unnecessary concern to our patients.
