Dereham parkrun

Have you all heard about the Dereham parkrun that started on Saturday July 20^th this year? Every Saturday at 9am, there have been patients, surgery staff, even some current and former GPs turning up regularly either to run (or jog or walk) for 5km or to help with volunteering.

All you need to do is sign up and get a barcode, and then just turn up on the day!
